Joudyan Hotel Riyadh

I loved the rooms and the staff. I feel very good here. Since I stay in a room overlooking the main road, there is a lot of road noise at night. I just didn't like this situation. I guess nightlife never stops in this city. I am very surprised by this issue.

I was a long-stay guest at Joudyan and only have positive things to say about this hotel. The location is ideal and offers easy access to everything central Riyadh has to offer with a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are extremely well designed and offer a high degree of comfort. All the staff, without exception, made me feel welcome from the start. Mohammed the hotel manager would check in with me regularly to ask if everything was OK. On one occasion, he even sent a special delivery of fruit and cakes to my room. Everyone else went out of their way to look after me too - the team in reception always helped me out whenever I needed a top-up of Arabic coffee and dates provided in the lobby and breakfast staff were always friendly, attentive and helpful. A special mention goes to Daniel in housekeeping who looked after me so well on a daily basis and provided everything I needed. He's a great example of how customer care and service should be. Genuine Saudi hospitality is alive and well in Riyadh. I would not hesitate to stay at Joudyan Olaya again - it would be a bit like coming home. No need to look elsewhere.

We had pleasant stays at this property, and liked the extent of customer service - the staff will go out of the way to provide the best service and be super professional. The amenities are great. I would especially like to mention two names for their outstanding service, Mehdi, a public cleaning attendant, and Abdullah at the room. I was looking forward to more stays.

It's not the first time and definitely will not be the last... Smiling people spread positivity everywhere... Thank you for making our stay comfortable and pleasant.. See you next time and keep it up!

Very nice hotel, with great staff who are helpful and professional. I forgot my wallet and passport in the safe, they called me after check-out and I picked them up later. This shows how caring and trustworthy they are. Thank you for the great second stay :)
