Worst hotel experience ever. The word hygiene is an alien concept for the workers and management of this hotel. I just hade breakfast once there and prayed not to get sick. I am not sure, if rooms get cleaned after check out of guests, as our bed sheets were dirty when we checked in. On top of that the distance to Kaaba was a difficult 15 min walk through dirtiest streets. Please avoid this hotel for your own sanity!

We spent a few days in this hotel and can only say: an absolutely disappointing experience! The room and service were nothing you would expect from a 5 star hotel! Starting with the bathroom, which looked like an 80's bathroom and smelled terrible even when not in use. The drain was totally leaking and you could see small insects crawling in the bathtub every day. The metal rod to which the curtain was attached was completely rusty. There were some aluminum lids on the ceiling that were completely dusty and very loose, so that they constantly rattled when going in and out of the bathroom. The ventilation was so loud that you didn't want to turn it on when in the room. Furthermore, the walls in the room were clearly damaged and dirty, the curtains were absolutely horrible and dirty! Even the sheets were patterned with stains! The furniture was extremely worn and very old, the bed had no bed lamps and no switch for the deck lights. The balcony where the AC was (which was even louder than the ventilation thanks to the window which was not air tight at all) was the most disgusting thing we saw. Regarding the breakfast we only had it once and immediately decided not to have another one. All in all, we would advise anyone not to stay here! The photos are there as proof!

Stayed in this hotel for December Umrah trip 2033 ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ‎ Infinity Makkah has huge potential if they go that bit further to make a real 5 star hotel, but it sits at a strong 4 star hotel standard from my view. I’ve stayed in many 5 stars hotel including those in Makkah such as Hilton and Pullman, but what amazes me about Infinity is the location and the lobby size. Enormous lobby, not one but 2. The location is perfect, nearby almost anything you want a few steps away, food, barber, shops, tailors etc. When staying in the likes of Hilton this was not the case as it was quite secluded and surrounded by only other hotels. The room size here is decent, but also depends on the room, it can go from normal to huge. The bathrooms are of good standard. I had room service knocking everyday on my room for a clean but I politely refused because only needed once or twice 😂. The breakfast is not very big but has all the essentials and is of good standard and quality, including croissants, various chicken and beef dishes, breads, spreads, juices, tea, coffee and sweets. Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the hill is not like what others describe it. We had elderly people and also disabled people in our group, the hill is not bad, and the hotel has been kind enough to offer a lower ground floor with lifts for those who can’t walk to the main reception which is on the hill a bit. There is also a shop and barber in the hotel which is really handy. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. It is only 8-12 minute walk from Haram and is lovely.

The rooms,bathrooms, and services provided, like restaurants are bad and not about 5 stars hôtel. It's classification is only 3 stars.
