Central to pretty much everything in the Olaiya district. 30 minute walk to Taibah markets and a 30 minute walk to Al Faisaliyah Centre. The closest major Mall is approximately 15 minutes drive to Panorama Mall Rooms are kept very clean, and 52 channels available on the TV (although the number of channels in english is 3). Breakfast is good value also.

I spent three nights in this hotel and I have to admit that the price/value at this location is not convincing. First staff at reception/car park are not very responsive nor friendly, second the room was smelly and the safe was not working (twice a alarm went off because it was broken; after I informed the reception I was told the "Smile Team" will take care within 15 minutes... but nothing happened), the room is rather old and damaged at some parts (extra lock at the door, bathroom door bottom, floor), it's rather loud because isolation is not good/door close with some loud sound. The only good thing was the location and friendly housekeeper!

Good location, helpful receptionist, polite staff, and affordable prices. Located in the city center with parking on site. It seemed like a lot of business people were staying here and it was good for us as we were busy exploring the city and just needed a place to stay. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews because of the lack of gym, get over it. As an accor member I would stay here anytime i visit riyadh.

surprisingly, shower was satisfying... Room & bathroom is awfully deteriorated. No one answers the phone... bad scent coming from shower area.
