I spent 8 nights to attend a workshop held in this cute and small hotel in the heart of Riyadh. It is a wonderful hotel, I felt that I am in Europe as It was inspiring with good vibes, clean , friendly staff , helpful and great service and food. I felt home as It was very comfortable and safe for my daughter that came with me with lots of restaurants and attractions near by . Wonderful choice for corporate meeting or even relaxing stay in Riyadh. Thank you to the manager and all staff for giving us this beautiful customer experience .

Great hotel with professional staff but some moderate level management still finds it difficult to understand English(usually the ones taking rounds in black suits). Secondly the housekeeping staff is very responsive and cooperative. A guy named IZZAT was a significant contributor in making my stay much comfortable by ensuring top notch hygiene and timely cleaning. Overall a very good hotel for the elite tourists usually busy with meetings and clients and also, for corporate individuals.

This used to be my go-to hotel, recently staff are horrible and useless with simple things like laundry service. Nothing comes on time and I've missed meetings waiting on their horrible service and no one not even a site manager to help resolve things. International call centers won't help, it's become a free for all on customer service and is run more like a street gang then an international hotel chain.

This is our first visit to Hyatt Place Hotel in Al Sulaymaniyah. We stayed in the hotel and conducted an event in the hotel. The hotel ambience is excellent. The rooms are nice and very clean. Meetings rooms are very well equipped and well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and supportive. Especially, Mr. Hameed, Mr. Sami, Mr. Nahid and Mr. Waqas supported very well in our event arrangements. Allin and Roell are very friendly. We really appreciate the hospitality of the team. Thank you. See you again.
