Great location, great price, great service. It’s what you expect from an Accor hotel and this definitely delivered. 10 minute walk from the Haram, although I always took a cab for about £3 each way. I wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. Great service from cleaning staff.

Good hotel room.. 10 to 15 min. to reach king fahad gate which leads u to Mataf. Better to take direction at anjum hotel road to reach haram by using underpass... It will be difficult if you use bridge which is steep slope Check in and check out is very fast

Very nice hotel.....Stayed 8 days in hotel in room number 513. Superb location very near to haram King fahad gate. Hospitality was very good. Room was tidy and clean. Taxi was very easily availble infront of hotel. Strong recommendations to stay here one who coming to perform umrah. People are very nice and always ready to help if required.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. It's not bad but also not great. Pros: Clean Quiet Friendly staff 15-20mins walk to Masjid al-Haram Cons: Steep hill to and from the masjid. No shower curtain or bathroom mat made the bathroom wet and slippery.

Well, this was the best budget-friendly hotel I ever stayed-in in Makkah, the hotel is only 5 mins walk to Haram, there is what looks like hiking up and down on the street and walk through tunnel which sounds unsafe and exhausting, but found out that walking through the (kind of underground lobby) the adjacent building solved that issue. The rooms are 3.5 stars, comfy beds, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, cups, toiletries, towels, Ac, good lighting, good sound isolation, clean washroom, I would give 4 stars only if they renew towels and beddings as they are clean but kinda too old and not so white. complementary 2 water bottles were good news, no adjacent grocery or restaurant .. you will need to arrange accordingly. Bus station just across the street. There is a coffee shop at lobby, Wifi is a bit slow. Recommended and will visit again (given same prices off season).
