Very nice hotel.....Stayed 6 days in hotel in room number 819 Superb location very near to haram King fahad gate. Hospitality was very good. Room was tidy and clean. Taxi was very easily availble infront of hotel. Strong recommendations to stay here one who coming to perform umrah. People are very nice and always ready to help if required

The hotels smells bad. The room is small and smells terrible. The bathrooms are so small and almost impossible for you to clean your self. Overall very poor hotel. The restaurant in the M floor ? don’t bother to go there. On top of that it’s expensive ?

Carpet really needs a good cleaning if not replacement The bathroom needs regular cleaning even if there is no guest occupying the room.

Had a wonderful stay here. Got rooms way before the check in which made our umrah easy and comfortable. It is very close to Haram but we took taxi for 10 SAR one way which would drop in underground close to gate 84.
