Great hotel with a short walk to Haram (the walk is uphill so if that’s a problem for you don’t stay here). Service was great. The only two feedbacks are the GYM is not always open. Need to go to the reception and ask them to open it. Also after staying for a week, on the last day we had like a one hour late checkout and the receptionist had us pay 50 Riyals which was messed up. Specially since she didn’t even know and I am the one who told her.

Price is ok considering other hotels adjacent to masjidul haram. Min 10 mins walk to reach haram. Special thanks to Anjum hotel for allowing all to use their premises & escalator to take shortcut to haram. Room service is extremely poor. Carpets smell musty, intercom is dead, no regular cleaning service. Food delivery is overpriced. Wifi is weak. Still not a bad hotel if price is a priority.

Very nice hotel.....Stayed 6 days in hotel in room number 819 Superb location very near to haram King fahad gate. Hospitality was very good. Room was tidy and clean. Taxi was very easily availble infront of hotel. Strong recommendations to stay here one who coming to perform umrah. People are very nice and always ready to help if required

The hotels smells bad. The room is small and smells terrible. The bathrooms are so small and almost impossible for you to clean your self. Overall very poor hotel. The restaurant in the M floor ? don’t bother to go there. On top of that it’s expensive ?

Carpet really needs a good cleaning if not replacement The bathroom needs regular cleaning even if there is no guest occupying the room.
