Lift not working at all. Very bad customer support. Not preferred. Take one hour to ground floor from third floor.

I stayed in room 1103 the customer service is terrible .. staff doesnot change bed sheet and towel... keep arguing.... in every hotel bed sheets and towels are changed every day we are here for ibadat and they dont keep any thing clean

Too many space for accommodation; can have around 1600 guests at a time. But for that much number of guests there are only 4 lifts with max capacity of 8 persons. Always have to wait for hours before you can reach your room.

Wrong location in google map & they do not even respond phone calls . We spend 2 hours looking for the hotel and eventually we had to cancel this booking and booked an other hotel .

We roamed around for good an hour after findinv out the name of the hotel is Al SALIHYA Hotel on top of the building just see blackboard on the ground floor and it will be written grand hotel
