Here's a possible review draft: Mixed Feelings About This Dead Sea Stay This hotel enjoys a fantastic location near the Dead Sea. The dinner and breakfast buffets were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. However, the hotel building itself felt dated, and the pool area could use some maintenance and upgrades. If you're looking for a place with great food near the Dead Sea, this might work – but be prepared for a slightly older facility.

interesting experience with Dead Sea & mud. Good idea & service provided for watering eyes by staff nearby. Gigantic hotel with huge pools & walking distance to dead sea water.

The place is beautiful and filled with pools of varying sizes. Rooms are cozy a spacious. Highlight of course is the dead sea experience where you get to experience floating without any effort. Service is exceptional specially Ala'a who took care of us well constantly asking us how we were and if the food was good and if we needed anything. :)

Good location, great view, great service, good food Room wasn't up to expectations, not comfortable mattress, loud AC voice, we had to call for maintenance twice, bathroom lowers the room standards, As for reception staff Rawan is such a helpful and amazing, very cooperative and easy to talk to as she makes things really smooth, There is a guy on reception has some gray hair, he has an attitude, uncooperative and non-friendly i actually feel irritated when i see him on desk. All in all it was good stay, would do again but please improve bathrooms.

We enjoyed our time here ,, looks like this hotel was fabulous in a time nd suddenly became outdated with a lot of facilities inside the premises needs maintenance including the beach .. but overall the staff were super nice as well as I would think the hotel manager was walking around always making sure guests are satisfied.. two points to mention also is the slides were out during our stay , my kids didn’t enjoy it , and would recommend putting some water and splash games for the kids inside the big pool they have .. like the one in Dead Sea spa hotel .. overall we are satisfied and definitely will come back again
