JW Inn Hotel

JW INN Hotel is good, in terms of geo-location, parking, facilities, spacious room & reception area. Lift facility also available with free Wi-Fi Access. It was pretty clean. The room had a nice sitting area in addition to the bedroom. The bed was very comfy. Reservationist, Receptionist & Porter cum Housekeepers are polite and cooperative in nature. Location is perfect for accessing Corniche Area, Shops, Restaurants & Mall (Flamingo) etc. I recommended to those who are visiting Al-Khobar official purpose to stay.

Ground staff and Manager is very polite and cooperative. Receptionist (Local Arabic women) is too much rude, specially for Indians. I observed that she is bias with Indians and giving good service to local Saudi people. I spend 10 days in hotel in last month and found her behavior is rude for Indians. In my next visit I prefer to stay in same hotel as I was on business tour but found very wired behavior. My stay was planned for a week but this time I prefer to checked out next day because of her nasty behavior. As I told her that I am Saudi Aramco staff and on business tour but she doesn't change her behavior, and spoke very rudely with attitude and with unprofessional way. If you choose this hotel then avoid communication with her and speak to the Manager of Hotel who is very polite and cooperative.

The gave us a big room with no extra charges. The room was clean No window in the room TV, refrigerator and electric kettle available. No electric stove

It is a v. good hotel , rooms are wide and clean , service is very Good , people there are very kind . Many thanks for Abo khaled for his kindness. Thank for Roka in reception. And GM is very kind , professional and respected person.

This hotel is without a doubt the best hotel in Khobar and probably the entire universe.The cheapest, nicest, cleanest, most hospitable hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life
