Unfortunately the hotel not cleaning room on daily basis. There is no tag to request for room clean. It was way better few years ago. Breakfast buffet with limited options and even tables not well arranged. The food presentation wasn’t as expected.

We got rooms as a group with a door in between, you hear everything from the next room, talking, snoring, etc. You have no privacy. These kind of Rooms should only give to families. Rooms look a bit dated. Breakfast was also disappointing, little variety and very simple. The tables are sticking! You can hardly use WiFi, the speed is very very low and about 0,5MB. The safe didn't work, no remote control for the TV. In short, bad service in general. I don't wont come back again.

Wondering how a 4 star rating is given to such a Hotel... may be because of it being overpriced? Rooms: Old towels, broken furniture, broken safe, dirty walls and carpet.. and wall ⏰️ not working! And no one answer calls! Food: restaurant manager was understanding and sent fruits plate to our room to compensate for the horrible experience at breakfast Lobby: photo talks!

Our experience was terrible. First we made a booking of 2 days through the 'agoda' app. When we reached the hotel at 3 a.m because of the rain, the receptionist who was very rude, told us that our booking was cancelled. After arguing a lot, he made a new booking. The rooms were average, but the carpet was dirty, the washroom was small and the housekeeping was poor. The breakfast was awful only 10 items out of which most were bad so not recommended for families to stay in.

Hotel offers flat-screen TVs, minifridges, free Wi-Fi, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded rooms offer modern decor. Room service is available 24/7. Market laundry restaurant and barber just right next door. The hotel have 24H shuttle bus. Hotel has a coffee shop and a lobby lounge. The staff is friendly. They also have separate prayer room for male and female.
