Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

Overall had a great experience staying at Elaf Al Taqwa 1.The staff is very welcoming and offer great level of guest service. 2. The location is brilliant. 5minutes walk for men to Masjid e Nabwi and 10 min for women. 3. Decent restaurant offering wholesome breakfast buffet. Prices in Ala carte menu were reasonable and good quality. 4. Rooms are good but need to be improved. Windows need to be double glazed. Washrooms are little small.

An amazing blessed stay in the blessed city #thankyou I was blessed to have been one of the first international guests at this wonderful hotel. Been very fortunate to visit the blessed city of Madinah numerous occasions and hope to continue to do so in the future. I was doing my research on hotels and came across this new hotel, so thought I would give it a try, what a brilliant decision. Without a doubt this was one of my best hotel stays ever, the whole process was so smooth from Check in with a lovely welcome drink and smile from Hisham, Shahad, Saud and the team. The room I was pleasantly given was an amazing room, very spacious, with a lot of thought gone into it and I had a lovely view of the Masjid. Housekeeping throughout my trip was brilliant, myself I keep my room very clean, however they were adamant to make sure I was completely happy, it was a pleasure to meet Kamal, he was always on the go helping everyone. I had breakfast and it was a very nice breakfast, good layout, spaced out and a lovely variety, I thoroughly enjoyed the Madinah section, Ahmad Safr was amazing in covering all aspects and a special thanks to Mohammed Nasr, his cup of tea is so on point, bless him. I also had a evening meal, which again was lovely, service brilliant and quality of food and portion size was very good. Being a frequent traveller around the globe, this is one hotel where the service during the whole stay has been exceptional, everyone welcoming and smiling, the management have clearly understood the essence of the blessed land of Madinah, the love, the kindness and hospitality this was clear when I had the pleasure to meet Mr Hussain Rauf, an amazing gentleman with exceptional conduct and character. I look forward to eagerly visiting again soon and wish you all continued success, forever grateful, thank you.

One of the best if not the best hotel I've ever been to. Right next to the haram and many shops nearby. The tall man and the woman in reception are beyond nice. Lost an item and the woman went above and beyond to help! They have served us well while we were in Madinah - thanks to everyone in Elaaf Al Taqwa! Would definitely return insha'Allah!

one of the best hotel i ever been . its 4star but feels like 5star amazing staff everyone is so helpfull excellent service next to haram rooms are big breakfast was delicious . i like to special thanks Mr Hussain Rauff GM for looking after my mom she was not well Thank you so much Mr Rauff and your team it was a big help . in sha Allah definitely come back . i must say this is the best hotel in madina

One of best hotels in town Very professional, humble and lovely staff at all levels Comfortable beds, ambient room environment with several amenities Scrumptious breakfast with huge variety of items to choose from to add more they serve Zamzam too They have taken care of every minor details that you would need during your stay Thanks for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Will definately visit again and its my go-to choice for next visit ?
