Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

Its been more than once now we have been staying at Elaf Taqwa (by mistake I think in my earlier comment I wrote Taibah). The overall environment is very pleasant especially the staff of the hotel are not only friendly and smiling all the time but even ready to help immediately. This makes our stay more comfortable.

Not knowing this brand of hotels, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service, cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Great value for the price we paid. Accessibility to the masjid and food was ideal as well. Will definitely go again.

The rooms were decent, the location was good. But we unfortunately faced a very bad experience. There was theft from our room and despite us complaining and requesting to provide CCTV footage, the management refused to do so. They wanted us to file a police complaint first, knowing very well that we had already left the country.

Best Hotel experience anyone visiting the beautiful holy city of Medina could offer. Everything was perfect, all from the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. From the moment I arrived, the staff and head management went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction is met with high standards. The room had so much to offer, the luxurious accommodations coupled with exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. We also got a lovely view of the mosque. The restaurant was flawless. Top-tier food coupled with excellent service. Couldn’t have asked for any better dining service. It's truly this stay that has set a high standard for all hotels I visit in the future, no matter the city, no matter the country. All these years it's been the generic choice for us to choose a hotel franchise to stay in Medina, but now we have a better choice. One we would look forward to staying again. Overall an excellent hotel regarding everything - the price, location, room size, cleanliness, car parking. However the breakfast had very few options - the taste was good and the quality was amazing and it was all really fresh, however, you get bored after having only these limited options when staying for long
