Excellent food Staff are very approachable, kind, and friendly. Expecially Mr. Carl. He simply displaying a very well mannered ethics with good professionalism in entertaining guests. Mr. Carl deserves HIGH COMMENDATION! He is a great asset of this hotel! If I am the big boss of this hotel, I will promote him and give him incentives, bonus and salary increment! Kee it up the great works MR. CARL!

Good Hotel especially for the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The fully furnished lobby feels like home. Restaurant with a varied menu. Friendly reception and very helpfull. The location nearby Dahran Mall and places to eat

The rooms are old but we'll maintained. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes I get a full service clean. Sometimes I only get a bath towel, other times I get a bath towel and a hand towel, and other times I get a bath towel, hand towel, and shower floor towel. Never been consistent. I'm a diamond member of Hilton Honors and was told I'd be moved to a 1 room suite the next day. They never moved me. Even when I asked about it I was never moved.

A very nice place with a very good staff relation is worth coming back to the hotel. The homey atmosphere is wonderful. Thank you Carl Chavez of double tree for recommending the hotel to us. His excellent statement regarding the hotel encouraged us to experience the Hilton hotel stay. We will surely encourage our family and friends to stay in the hotel.

This is my experience in the hotel restaurant The food was amazing and especially head waiter carl He was super fun and very cheerful and nice his service was great and the place was very fancy and cool looking i love the pancakes and waffles. The gym was clean and there was no mess. Overall, i like the experience and i would like to visit the hotel more :)
