The rooms are old but we'll maintained. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes I get a full service clean. Sometimes I only get a bath towel, other times I get a bath towel and a hand towel, and other times I get a bath towel, hand towel, and shower floor towel. Never been consistent. I'm a diamond member of Hilton Honors and was told I'd be moved to a 1 room suite the next day. They never moved me. Even when I asked about it I was never moved.

A very nice place with a very good staff relation is worth coming back to the hotel. The homey atmosphere is wonderful. Thank you Carl Chavez of double tree for recommending the hotel to us. His excellent statement regarding the hotel encouraged us to experience the Hilton hotel stay. We will surely encourage our family and friends to stay in the hotel.

This is my experience in the hotel restaurant The food was amazing and especially head waiter carl He was super fun and very cheerful and nice his service was great and the place was very fancy and cool looking i love the pancakes and waffles. The gym was clean and there was no mess. Overall, i like the experience and i would like to visit the hotel more :)

I would like to express my experience in the double tree hotel in dahran area. The food was very delicious and the service absolutely amazing and the gym was really clean and the equipment is working good as far as I remember. And as for the head waiter Carl is very accommodating, kind, and a very nice person. Overall, everything was nice and I would like to visit the hotel more often. That is all and thank you for the wonderful experience .

Nothing but the service?very friendly and helpful staff , the chef in eggs an omelette section , Moheen and also Carl made our experience better with the team. Delicious food with many varieties. Was little hot inside may be due to weather but overall its great experience. Thank you all.
