The only good things about this hotel is its room and location which close to masjidil haram. Some staffs are warm-hearted but one is totally rude. I need food claw, but he threw it out from distance right to the food bowl. That’s insane! Never asked about food, extremely poor. If utensils can’t be brought to guest room, have a solution. Why did i should eat without spoon just fork?

Restaurant staff are very rude, we eat the breakfast staff no waiting to finish the breakfast the take our tea cup & invite to another people to seat them poor service. No Wi-Fi here. Very rude staff. The Bangladeshi housekeeping guys are good. Never experienced such terrible service.

bad breakfast, lunch, dinner. can u imagine that i only find sausage, crackers, fried chicken . ✨?? cant handle huge group. no hospitality at all. wifi is bad too. this hotel only have 1 advantage, close to al haram. that all.
