I would avoid next time, first reason we booked mistakenly extra day and repeated requested to amend the booking and refund which was declined rudely eventually and kept the money knowingly it's not legit, anyway that is our fault so we had to pay the price. Secondly, location is great but it's very difficult to get your lugage to the hotel as you have to take two lifts to reach in the hotel which is terrible for some middle age person. Better to stay little far and in the decent hotel where they actually regard the guests and not greedy for the money.

Really close to the haram - essentially in the hotels next to clock tower. Lots of food & shops inside the hotel. Wifi was really bad though, very spotty. The beds were arranged with feet facing the Kaaba and the other side had Allah’s names in calligraphy so it was weird. Beside that, everything else was great, good staff - some English, clean rooms, clean bathrooms with good water pressure and hot water. Provided soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, tooth brushes, comb, slippers. There was also Quran & Jae-Namaz as well as water bottles & fruit.

All nice but the housekeeping is not. The location is the main factor to stay on just a stone throw away from mosque (kaabah).

Negatives: no WiFi is available in/near the restaurant area. Staff could learn to be more welcoming and smile. Restaurant staff seem very stressed and I've witnessed some staff pass their frustration onto customers. But then again, customers should learn to be patient... the seats in the lobby should be replaced as they fall over if you tilt to 1 side (I witnessed an old gentleman do this). Positives: Cleaning staff do a really good job keeping the rooms clean. Wifi in the rooms has very fast speeds. The location is perfect for Hajj/Umrah. Taxi stand is near by. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing! Prayer room ls in the clock tower is also accessible which is a bonus. Large places to do Wudu and the Masjid has the microphones connected.
