We had a great experience at the Crown Rose. Rooms were clean, food was good and people were nice. The front desk staff were great, especially Shahad!

Entire staff is lazy and do not understand English at all. For foreign customers this hotel is not at recommended. No study table in any of room. Food is total disaster. Say big NO

The hotel itself is ok for one or two nights. The lobby is a bit old but clean & staff are friendly. Room was also a bit old but spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor has buffet breakfast for 35 SAR. The downside is there is construction near the hotel so there is some noise of digging starting at 6am! And the nearby area at night is a bit dark.
