The hotel is nice and clean and the staff at the reception is kind and ready to help. The rooms are pretty nice and you have everything you need inside (fridge, kettle, toiletries). Good value for money. We stayed 4 days in this hotel and the room service never came to clean up the room. After 3 days we had to ask for them to come, which is not normal. Also, it was Ramadan and the breakfast selection they brought to our room was very poor.

Excellent & beautiful hotel, 5 star experience , for 3 star price. Reception desk team friendly & helpful. Breakfast is similar to 5 star hotel menu, delicious & clean. Cons: No commercial outlets near the hotel.

The reception team they are kind & welcoming but the problem is if you ask for anything like water you need to follow up 3 to 4x before it arrive to you. The worse is the waiter in the breakfast he dont know how to welcome the guest there is no good morning or how are you sir. Wearing headphones & using mobile while on duty, hiding inside the kitchen you need to knock on the kitchen to find him & the worst thing is i need to go to reception to call a waiter in there buffet.

Positives: - good breakfast - clean - smells good Negatives: - some accessories were broken - windows were very dirty - hot qnd cold water labels were reversed .. i got a hot water sting as a result😐 - shattaf water pressure was weak Overall: Good hotel but doesn't deserve four stars

Not fair value for money. Reception, although friendly, was hardly speaking English. Construction of new buildings is around the hotel and the noise on the rooms is continuous day and night. Breakfast is very basic, can be characterised as poor. Finally, the bar on the roof is interesting for a shisha and a drink.
