I spent nearly three weeks here on a business trip. We stayed in the hotel and also delivered three weeks of training in the conference rooms. The hotel staff from manager to room service are simply excellent, we were made to feel at home and received the best service. The rooms are nice and well serviced, the hotel restaurant staff were so focused on providing the best food and ambience, remembering personal touches and drink preferences. The waiters also supported our conference room, Abu, Rashad and the others were excellent representatives of the hotel. Every member of their team deserves credit, I enjoyed our stay, the hospitality and the venue for teaching. I

I tried dinner. Chef Ayman is supeer Excellent, his food and way is super good ...Service is marvellous...Thanks to all especially Abu Baker and Chef Ayman...The atmosphere was excellent and food was delicious ?

The room is elegant. The interior is on point. The nespresso machine has no water and even the 2 complimentary water is not enough to lit the light of the machine.
