A supervisor name Sabu very good personality and nice. Super patient and doing good decoration for our room and helpful to reply all our questions all the time. His subordinate housekeeper also very patiently makes sure our room clean. Live their service and recommended to stay this hotel👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant in Braira Al Nakaheel! The food quality was exceptional, with a delicious variety that delighted our taste buds. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful and relaxing, providing a perfect setting for our meal. The staff service was outstanding—attentive and friendly throughout our visit. A special thanks to Elbert and Niko for their extraordinary hospitality, making our dining experience truly memorable. We look forward to returning soon!

This is an amazing place with amazing people. The hotel is great and nice and the facilities are nice but what I liked the most is the people. The team in this hotel is very cooperative and understanding. Receptionists are nice, room service is amazing, housekeeping is top. Another nice gesture is that whenever I ordered anything from outside they make sure in the reception it is delivered to your room without you needing to go out of your room. Keep it up and will come back again 👌🏻

I stayed here for one week. The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable stay. But the service from the gym was not good. Was a man working in early hours. Rude and ruin the mood of enjoying pool. You also have to pay ekstra 100 riyal for the sauna use. Upon leaving the reception service was not good. The woman didn’t help for what I requested. Service they need to improve, but the hotel itself was a good stay and nice location.
