I loved the place. The crew was nice and gentle. Bay La Sun is the name of pleasure and enjoy. Too many activities are there to spend your quality time.

Where do I start? The most amazing hotel, great customer service. Nice comfortable bed, outstanding sky view overlooking the marina and land. We were lucky to experience the iftar buffet. A great selection of various appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts. Our stay was what we hoped for. We will be back Inshallah.

We went there for a weekend getaway and stayed for one night only. The hotel is pretty decent. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We got the view towards the canal and it was pretty nice. The breakfast is just 5 stars with good selection and variety. Plenty of parking spaces. Internet is stable and fast. Service from the reception and other hotel staff was good. Area of improvement: You might've read it from other reviews already, but there are only two elevators, and they are not the fastest. It seems hotel workers rely on it as well. Overall experience was positive :)

The worst experience for holidays 1- only 2 elevators for 9 floors!! 2- they wrote about room views city view but you will see walls!! 3- waste your time waiting for the elevator!! 4- where is the elevator opposite to the emergency exit without warning signs!! 5- the staff amazing and they do their best to check in but you have to wait at least 2 hours!! 6- I booked by booking.com but I faced something wrong about the booking!! The most beautiful thing their staff how was amazing and helpful guys.. thanks for everything guys?

I did not enjoy the stay, bathrooms are not clean. Only two lefts serve the 7+ floors hotel. And we booked and payed for connected room with sea view and they only have city view (deserted empty land with tent building!!!) I will not come again
