I Never stayed in but I did go to the buffet every day I was in there, buffet in the evening for Ramadan costs around 220 Rial (53€) Ish, but I do have to say the food the waiters the waiter manager every single plate is amazing, the atmosphere the customer service, you can tell they care from the Morrocan waiters (by the way they make a beautiful Morrocan tea) to the chefs everything is on point. They make you feel special and unique and the place is worth the visit, if you are resident they give you 20% discount just so you know! Amazing people & amazing please. Pssst! The less busy season is in Ramadan, if you go in winter (3 months winter) is packed with people and price rise way more!

A very poor Lost & Found retrieval process, I came in the evening to pickup a lost laptop charger and was told the lady in charge works in the morning between 9-12. I came in the morning and the reception lady sent a message in the internal group along with a few phone attempts for someone to bring it. I was asked to wait for a while because the person in charge just started his duty (who happens to be a gentleman not the lady I was told about), I asked for the Duty Manager and there was no one on duty. After repeat follow ups I was told that they had to look for it among a big number of lost and founds. I asked for the Duty Manager again and someone came out from the back office and told me he will call them. I had to spend over 45 minutes waiting and eventually was told to go to the office and they will deliver it there once they find it !

The worst place to go. Came all the way from Canada to spend a weekend in the hotel, drove 1 hour from jeddah to arrive and all the amenities and the Marina closed for private event that was not mentioned in the hotel website nor the hotel employee informed. Went to the manager to complain about this and they offered nothing to us to compensate for this, even the play ground was closed. So we have to spend 2 days in rooms doing nothing. P.S the swimming pool water is so cold you can’t swim.

Very good experience overall. Nice comfortable rooms. I most enjoyed the restaurant, its food quality, and the friendliness of its staff, particularly Adel who was always ready to help and serve with a constant smile. Thank you very much for making my stay a pleasant experience.

Beautiful hotel and great location. However, there were 2 elevator only and upon our arrival one of them was out of service. The next day both of the elevators became out of service!! So we had to use the service elevator for the staff! Also, they need to take care of the cleanness of the rooms very well. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good enough.
