Very disappointed! I came for a day spa and restaurant and paid in advance the fees… the lady at the front desk asked which restaurant I would want to eat from the two. I chosen the Thai restaurant (saffron, not worth eating there by the way. Average food at best) then after eating they tell me I’ll need to pay again because that restaurant isn’t included in the package… the lady who offered the two restaurants should have said that before charging me! Terrible from their part and no one seems to care… pool is amazing by the way but I feel cheated to have paid extra $150 to eat average food where I wasn’t to pay at all… wouldn’t recommend this way to anyone

Amazing Place! It’s more beautiful in real than pictures… I recently had the pleasure of staying at Banyan Tree Al Ula, and I can't say enough great things about my experience! Beautiful views…and more. From check-in to check-out, the unforgettable tours and customer service provided by Roa and Saleem who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Roa was always available to answer any questions I had and were proactive in ensuring my needs were met before I arrived and throughout the stay. She showed a genuine interest in ensuring my stay was pleasant and made me feel like a valued guest. Also, Saleem, who was our tour guide, he went out of his way to accommodate any requests or preferences I had, making me feel truly pampered. The best photographer ever! Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff members who made me feel instantly welcomed.

Top resort. We didn't actually stay in the resort we saw it from the outside and dined at their restaurant. Food was amazing. The view was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful, even though we weren't staying at the hotel they took us to visit Maraya with their car.
