Amazing Place! It’s more beautiful in real than pictures…
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Banyan Tree Al Ula, and I can't say enough great things about my experience! Beautiful views…and more. From check-in to check-out, the unforgettable tours and customer service provided by Roa and Saleem who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Roa was always available to answer any questions I had and were proactive in ensuring my needs were met before I arrived and throughout the stay. She showed a genuine interest in ensuring my stay was pleasant and made me feel like a valued guest. Also, Saleem, who was our tour guide, he went out of his way to accommodate any requests or preferences I had, making me feel truly pampered. The best photographer ever!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff members who made me feel instantly welcomed.
