Poor poor poor. Isn't cleaned. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms are tiny and not cleaned. Awful. Avoid at all cost. The food is not edible. Stayed here for Hajj 2018.

Nice hotel about 900 meters from Masjid e Haraam. Price is a bit high most of the time round the year but if it is down, a good choice for stay close to Haram at a walking distance and good opportunity to avoid Taxis. Quality is same as the nearby 2 or 3 star hotels. Main plus point is location near to Khana kaaba. Even you can pray in the lawn close to the hotel, where speakers connected directly to the Masjid e Haram are installed.Approach to the transport is also very easy, as is the access to grocery stores and eatable stores. General customer care needs improvement. Overall, a nice hotel for short term stay near Haram, for pilgrimage and Umrah, or Tawaaf e Kaaba.
