Not bad hotel, but it went from 4 starts to 2 stars, which is bad.. reception was good, especially Raneem she was caring. Location from Harram is a bit far around 1200 metres in Ibrahim elkhalil Street. Rooms were CLEAN but not perfect.. furniture is so old and damaged ... but housekeeping was caring about customers.

Worst hotel i have every been into, i will never go to this hotel again, 1 guys in service table and people are making line so get contact, no room service available,anything you want you have go to the lobby, the bathroom is terrible can’t explain it, the room have some leaking water sites and very dirty, worst experience in my lofe

terrible experience. service is very bad. unresponsive, un professionals, cant speak neither arabic nor english. Rooms are small, dirty and feela very old and shabby. Book here if its just for a couple of nights. otherwise better to go with an alternative.
