I don't give 5 stars to rooms not because they aren't comfy. But because house keeping rules are somewhat confusing. Extended stay hotels for instance, have a very clear rule of once per week housekeeping policy, didn't find such in this hotel, nor they did house keeping on daily basis. The rest of the amenities related to my 3 Day stay in Andalus hotel were very pleasant. Additional to Jeddah being an extraordinary city to visit

Very family friendly hotels! The room is quiet large. We booked suite deluxe room for 4 adult and 3 kids and it doesn't feel narrow. The kitchen is so big and has a complete equipments. You just need to bring your food preparation. The pool is just okay, the staff always clean it after. It would be best if they have restaurant or have a breakfast package. Overall i like to spend my holiday here.

I like it in general as other hotels but the room temp is pretty cold ? that made it an unpleasant stay? other than that it was a good place for a quick short stay ✌?

A very nice experience for families, Good hotel, it was very clean and the service was perfect. The outdoor garden is very clean and the pool is small but deep (not suitable for kids below 5) It is a very nice environment, very relaxing and quiet. There is no restaurant inside the hotel, so I had to order online which took only about 20 mins. It was a very nice stay and my family really enjoyed it. 4.6 stars.
