Wont recommend the hotel. Very bad experience, the room was very very small and no city view as was in booking. Service was really bad, lifts doesn’t work at times. Our room phone did not work for two days. Complaints are paid least attention. Please stay away from this place. However the room boys and restaurant staff are very polite and humble, worth mentioning!

Three to below one star .. people are waiting for hours. The reception team was unprofessional rude ,and arrogant. Most of pilgrims travel Makkah to madeena have to wait 4 hours for check-in .All are reaching out with all tired. This all happened in front of Masjid Al nawabi. You have to wait for rooms for hours to accommodate. after a long wait they received the room, the room which never value more than 30dhs. I will mention it as cattle farm where suppose to be. We will start explaining the room features. 1)-Room can't be locked from inside. 2)especially bathroom handle will be provided separate. With complimentary when you want you can fix & use it. 3) flooring carpet with disgusting dirt & foul smells that makes you vomiting 4)-bedsheet never changed. 5)- wall were completely breakage with holes 6)- I stay awake because i have to care my family The whole night for the unsafety of hotel 7) The corridor smell welcomes us to the room 8) they are using AC from stone age 9) The room smells and is dirty everywhere 10) The bed is dancing, I should be careful in sleep 11) chair are the same ,they can't be used for sitting 12) the are placed a internet in reception.with password but there is no connection over there They keep telling server is down. Better call the hotel a cattle farm

Awful experience in this hotel. The car cannot go until the hotel. And if you go there they will not allow you to park inside even though there is space inside. The room was extremely small, the beds were children beds, damaged, old and not for grown ups. The mattresses were not clean and they caused severe allergy to all of us. They also send the workers very often to our room disturbing our sleep and comfort. They are not trustworthy people, they changed the agreed price.

One of the worst ever hotel seen. Receptionist is worst and has no courtesy how to greet and welcome guests. No proper room service. No one answers the phone in reception every time we have to come down and ask for everything. The person in the reception doesn't even respond to you even if you ask him several times. Stubborn and rude guys. Only reason for staying here was it is near to haram mosque. Break fast is even worse. There is no items at all in the menu. This hotel doesn't deserve a single star.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. From there it’s down hill. From when you first arrive you’re greeted by rude receptionists who don’t acknowledge your presence, we waited over 45 mins to check in. The rooms themself are no bigger than bathrooms and the bathrooms are tiny with a foul odour. The rooms have various stains across all surfaces including the carpet, curtains and bedding. The doors for the room do not open and get stuck meaning you have to go down to the previously mentioned disgusting reception staff who laugh at you and just say ‘inshallah’ when you ask if the issue has been resolved. Lo and behold the issue was not resolved and we asked a staff member in blue uniform to help who went on to scream at my elderly parents and then began spewing garbage in his mother tongue to someone on the phone. The hotel itself is a health hazard but the staff are just the unprofessional and rotten cherry on top. Avoid at all costs.
