One of the best locations but need to work on services. Particularly the elevators need upgrade to serve the large number of clients

This hotel is verry near with masjidil haram, but the services in the restaurant of al massa is not good. Less cleanles. The room is not to o good but but not bad.

The location was good. The room was okay. The false ceiling in the toilet was coming apart. The elevator was not available. Even with 4 person, it would not function. Would show as Overload. Hair dryer was also not working.

Nice hotel clean room good service new building they tea bar in room but no coffee tea or water inside room over all u can give hotel 3star which is still nice in reasonable price i will like to comeback again
