Nice Room , close to al haram, clean , there is bus service to Al haram before prayers

Very bad service. Hotel rooms are poorly furnished and are totally unclean. There is no room service or reception, don't expect your room to be cleaned daily. Basic services are not offered and there is no response whatever to any of customers service. I won't recommend this hotel to any one, pay bit extra and stay at a better place. After all you need comfort and clean space for your Omra or Haj and not to waste your time to clean your room or argue for basic service.
