Very bad service. Hotel rooms are poorly furnished and are totally unclean. There is no room service or reception, don't expect your room to be cleaned daily. Basic services are not offered and there is no response whatever to any of customers service.
I won't recommend this hotel to any one, pay bit extra and stay at a better place. After all you need comfort and clean space for your Omra or Haj and not to waste your time to clean your room or argue for basic service.

Its not listed as 5Star and visually its far from 4star buts its clean rooms, hygeine toilets, uncluttered hallway and a good quality of Lifts makes it feels like 6star.
Not to mention thier friendly only Arab speaking staff and room rates that can save your budget.
