This stay was part of the 2022 hajj this hotel and hotel staff and management was better then Makkah and Medina. The staff and the management spoke English with you when you ask a question and the rooms were bigger and better.

Exceptional service and staff here at the Hotel. They way they welcomed us and accommodated us was incredible and the food was amazing as well as all the services they have including a pool. Credit to Wael who was so kind and looked after us at the Restaurants and the man sitting down in the Lobby. Will be back!

I’d like to write my review about Alandalus Mall Hotel/ Jeddah , it was an Excellent accommodation , Excellent stuff and of course EXCELLENT rooms which’s not less than the hotels rooms in the USA I really love it ? also the restaurants for breakfast and dinner were very good with many varieties of foods, which’s supervised by Mr. Wael Elbanna he’s very helpful and respected outlets manager. Highly recommended from our side

Welcome to Al Andalus Mall Hotel Jeddah. I visited this hotel in the first week of Sep 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 06 PM which for ladies is from 12 PM to 2 PM. The GYM, SPA & Swimming Pool is located on the 2nd floor. The kid's area was under maintenance and the Tennis court was under renovation work. The hotel serves Shisha near the Pool area after 6 PM. the Hotel has the entrance to Al Andalus Mall from the 2nd floor as it is located beside it.
