Restaurante Zamzam - Dar Al Eiman Royal Hotel - Makkah Afirmar

During my recent visit to Saudi Arabia for Umrah, I had the opportunity to stay at the ‘Dorrar Aleiman Royal Hotel’ in Makkah. Very nice hotel with most convenient location to the Great Mosque in Makkah ie just a five -minute walk to the revered ‘Masjid al-Haram’ & various malls. The room we stayed was spacey, having 3 beds, neat n clean. Extraordinary stay & was sheer bliss staying at ‘Dorrar Aleiman Royal Hotel’.

Has a great location connected to another hotel for which they share entrances. It has Two entrances, one with elevators where you will enter the hotel with your luggage. The location for this is a little hard to find if you haven't been before so you may need to ask someone as taxi drivers will just point towards a location and drive off, i think they could do with better signage directing people to the lifts or the porters. The porters are very helpful as they will come to the road to collect your luggage.

I enjoyed staying at this remarkable hotel, which exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its prime location. Situated within walking distance of the iconic Kaaba and various malls, it offered unparalleled convenience for spiritual and leisure activities. One aspect that truly impressed me was the abundance of restaurants and food options available within the hotel and its vicinity. Whether you're craving local delicacies or international cuisine, you'll find an array of delectable choices to satisfy your palate. It's a true haven for food enthusiasts! The hotel's front desk staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. Moreover, I highly recommend this hotel for families, particularly those travelling with elderly members and children. The well-thought-out facilities and amenities catered to the needs of all age groups, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. It's a family-friendly oasis that provides a safe and inclusive environment. In summary, my time at this hotel was nothing short of inspiring. Its unbeatable location, diverse dining options, and helpful staff created an unforgettable experience. Prepare to be inspired and pampered when you step through its doors. And, oh yes, the buffet breakfast was brilliant as well.

Had a good experience when stayed here last year. Location is the best point. Just few steps away from Haram. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was so so. Many lifts in the building and are fast. Hence once can reach Haram in time for jamaat.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The service was beyond poor. The door lock wasn't functioning. They changed the lock with our request on the last day. But before that, we had to reach 4/5 times a day to ask for help to open the door as it wasn't working at all. Their restaurant is Indonesia and Malaysia based. As a five-star hotel, you should hold an international menu. Rather than they only focused on those two country. If you don't know arabic, you will struggle a little with communicating with the manager or receptionist. The only positive side is the location. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.
