Today (Oct26,2023) I requested housekeeping to come after 30 minutes since we were getting ready for the mosque. They acknowledged to come after Magrib. At 10 pm upon entering the room, housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I called housekeeping (dialled 0) no one picked the call. Upon reaching front desk, the agent was not supportive when I asked him why my room wasn’t cleaned. He repeatedly asked me, “do you want your room cleaned now or not?” I have 4 kids who were exhausted. Why would I want housekeeping to come tidy the room in our presence? If that’s the training you get for problem solving, well it’s a 0.5/5 from me. Very disappointed and won’t return if customer service (Front Desk) and housekeeping is not brought up to speed.

Not worthy according to the amount they are charging. I have stayed there for 6 days. Overall I'll rate it 6/10. Cons: - The room was not well maintained and carpet was old and not cleaned properly. - There was continues smell from washroom. - Although there was an intercom in our room but no one attended when called for room service. You have to go to the reception for any service. - Beware there is no car parking and no car can park in front of hotel door even to push your luggage in the car. Pros: - Close to haram. 5 min walk. - The breakfast was awesome. (21st floor) See the uploaded pictures.

What an amazing experience. I was shocked with the great service. The food alone made my stay 10/10. One individual hussain de champs was amazing he treated us like royalty

I have no idea who are the ones rating5 stars to this hotel . Its a joke to be called as meridian , its haram on their part to charge so much and fail to provide basic WiFi and clean kettle and cups in the room. Plug points? Trust me it's a joke . Service is another joke and lie , upon all this deal with the flies. Walking to mosque is super easy but that doesn't give them right to exploit their customers. Opt this hotel if you want to stay in a wreckage because the furniture is nothing that you see on photos .
