I stayed there for two nights, I was visiting Makkah to meet my parent who came on Hajj and they were also staying near Park Inn Aziziyah. So, this was the most convenient choice for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of their service. The staff is very well trained, and customer focused. Their interaction will customers is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained, equipped with very nice features, the lightening was excellent. The Toilet was one of the best I have ever stayed in this price point and category. I liked their Sofa beds which were conformable and there were two sofa beds in my room, which was a plus point for me as I was staying with my Kids. The best thing is, they have dedicated parking space in the basement and that is free for the guests and there is elevator access to the parking area. There are 8 high speed elevators, so you don't have to wait if the hotel is crowded. (Which happens in all the big hotel, they are overcrowded and you must wait for ages for the elevator to have some space). I didn't try their restaurant because mostly I was eating outside with my parents. The gym facility was nice. The Kids Area needs more option and needs improvement and there should be dedicated staff to take care of kids, if we want to leave our kids in the hotel kids area and go to Haram to perform Umra or Tawaf. They have a shuttle service which drops near to Haram on Ajyad street and its at a very convenient distace to access Haram. I would recommend this hotel, if you not worried about staying close to Haram. Because Bus shuttle service is available there.

The worst management especially the manager who needs to take an ethics class. For every query the manager and his team say NOT MY PROBLEM. Queries were like why is your shuttle service not working, why can’t I reheat my food, why do i need to change my room as on the day of checkin i had two bookings and manager said i can stay in the same room for my whole duration and on the second day they called to change room within one hour and on inquiring he said NOT MY PROBLEM. I think the staff is really illiterate and they know a little English and the famous lines NOT MY PROBLEM taught to them by a white guy who is apparently the general manager of this pathetic hotel. Its far has worst management the shuttle is so old that it may fall apart and driver drives like he is drunk or high on something. The lower management such as room service and other staff was really nice and helpful. The manager the women on the counter lacks basic ethics so its a big NO as self respect comes first. The funny thing when shuttle service was not working the manager was cursing the Government and when I asked to reheat my food and the oven was not working i asked that how did you got five stars and the same manager was praising his government to give this hotel five star totally lame. So i would request you guys to avoid this hotel as staff lack moral character and they need to learn ethics. I would make sure no one in my circle and the travel agents i know will ever book at this place.

Beautiful rooms. Very well equipped. We had the pleasure of staying in a suite and we’re not disappointed with the room at all. Only downside was that housekeeping were non existent, even after many calls to reception. Breakfast is mediocre. Shuttle service is okay but pick up and drop-off points at Haram we’re too far. Taxis can be found very easily though. Major plus point was that Al-Romansiah was only a two minute walk from the hotel!!

Room wasn't ready on arrival. Room was very hot and had no idea how to turn it on. Instructions were only in arabic. Staff on reception could barely speak english. We were 2 adults and 3 children, and we had to go to reception to get someone to come and convert sofa beds, but then there were no quilts or pillows. These beds for kids were ready by 11.30pm. Quite disappointed for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast had mostly arabic food. No fried eggs or omelette was available. No butter for bread and this was 9am. Although we were let late check out but overall experience was bad.
