They are irresponsible. My luggage was lost from their prayer room where they keep the luggage for new checkins. They don’t check the camera. I lost my three luggages but they don’t even care. This is really sad. In my whole trip they gave me harassment. Food wasn’t delicious to me. Haram is far from here, during hajj it’s really difficult to commute. They do have a shuttle bus but Al haram road always had standstill traffic.

This is by far the worst 5* hotel I checked into, from the outskirts it look so nice and extravagant but I can assure you the service and standards are not of a 5*. Room doesn’t come with milk as apparently you need to call room service and maybe they can bring you some. Bathrooms are mouldy and the breakfast that’s included is just a tickbox exercise, I turned up for breakfast 5 minutes earlier than the opening time and exactly 6:30 when I tried to get food it was cold spoke to the gentleman in charge and he was in agreement that it’s cold and 10 minutes later it was the same product taken in and brought back out. Anyway this is just a heads up if you are expecting 5 star hotel it’s not more like a 3.5 star and also the swimming pool is only open 12-3pm so not very convenient

This is definitely not like the other Holiday Inns you might have experienced, the standards are very low at this one. The hotel has a grand reception and few shops and a coffee shop too. There is free bus service available to the Haram and back to the Hotel. There is swimming pool available in the Hotel and few paid massage chairs. Our room had an ironing board and an iron which helped us and made it easy for us. - There was no room service, we saw the room service guys near our room and asked them, they said we have to call the reception and request for room service and they will send someone which will be as per their own schedule and you will have to wait in the room. - The fire alarm rings randomly and the lifts don't work at that time. - Some of the rooms have no windows, so no fresh air. - The rooms are definitely not checked before allocating them to the customers, our room had 1 lamp which was not working and the washroom was not filled with all the toiletries. - The room key would often stop working and we had to take it back to the reception to have it working again. - All the walls of the room are made of gypsum which was not solid wall, so you can hear the doorbell from other room and it will feel as if it rang in your room, sometimes you will also hear people in the other room talking because of the thin walls. - Bus is available every 30 minutes to take you to the Haram

I would like to share a nice experience I had at the hotel. The rooms are really nice, the staff are super friendly, I had a couple of complaints but it was handled perfectly from the Customer relations manager "Ghaidaa" and the Duty manager. They really made a huge difference in our stay. The only draw back for the hotel is where the bus drops you off at Al Haram, its extremely far away as there are no opened doors beside this place, very long walking distance... after the first day we decided to go and come back with Taxi as its much easier. Over all the stay was amazing because of the friendly and high problem solving capabilities of the duty manager and the customer relations manager :)
