The rooms: you need to ask them to get it cleaned The location: it’s a azizya hotel so you know what you sign for however the transportation by shuttle was quite efficient. The restaurant : very repetitive, if you stay for more than a week you might quickly be bored by what you eat. The lift: when the hotel is busy it becomes a nightmare, the algorithm is very bad and worst: the mix male and female. So when it’s busy, women and men are stacked ones on others. Advice to the management team: if you find difficult to change the algorithm, at least make one side for men and one side for women. Otherwise, the hotel was quite good. The cleaning team was nice and polite, teach them English and they will be perfect ??

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during the Hajj season, and I wanted to share my experience here. While there were some positive aspects of my stay, there were also some areas that need improvement. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the TV in my room did not have live Mecca and Madina channels. Despite raising this issue with the hotel staff on multiple occasions, nothing was done to address it. This was particularly frustrating as I stayed at the hotel for 20 days. I believe this is a poor IT job and the hotel should ensure that guests have access to the channels they need. Secondly, I found the internet speed to be slow, which made it difficult for me to work remotely. Additionally, my room had a poor cellular network, and when I raised this issue with the staff, they suggested that I come downstairs to the lobby to work. This was not a practical solution, and I believe the hotel should have been better prepared for the increased demand during the Hajj season. Thirdly, I found the elevator system to be confusing for new guest, and the capacity of the elevators was poor during the Hajj season, which resulted in long waits. Upon my arrival, I had difficulty finding my room as the worker who assisted me could not tell me which section of the hotel my room was in. Lastly, I found the food buffet to be repetitive, with the same selections for breakfast and dinner every day. After staying at the hotel for 20 days, I became bored with the food, and I believe that adding some variety would go a long way in making guests happy. I hope that you will consider my feedback and work to improve these areas in the future.

Poor planning and organization, the dining room is always full. The elevators are slow and it can take up to 10 min for them to arrive. Wi-fi does not work. Unfriendly staff. We are here during hajj season and they promised buses to al haram, the buses only came the first few days and now they are gone. There was zamzam water available only in the first few days and now there is none. It's the same food every day, no variety and most of it is old food or leftovers from the day before. The hotel considers itself 5 star but it is nowhere near a 5 star hotel.

Junk food , we are here for 15 days of Hajj , always same menu , industrial deserts, food very bad and cheap quality , some food smells bad . Rooms are ok , climatisation is good . Food is the badest I've seen in this Hajj travel. And the cooker aren't aware

Subhanallah! Splendid service, shuttle to Haram Shareef and from there. Follow signs to get to buses from Haram. Food is excellent, high standard on hotel, rooms and lobbies. Zamzam water in abundant. Masjid in hotel with imam with beautiful voice.
