Guest service below expectations. Access is only allowed at check-in time, despite the availability of rooms confirmed by the receptionist. Upgrade cannot be made on my account for the same reason. There is no one following up on room requests. Bag carry request was delayed for half an hour, and it turned out the request was only recorded on paper and forgotten. An experience that will not be repeated. It's great that they continue to express their apologies and strive for your satisfaction. That's why I have given them a one-star rating on Google because they acknowledged their mistake. The remaining stars will come after they improve their service. When I presented my complaint to the on-duty manager, he said, "I am aware of your issue," and then proceeded to tell me a different story that was not related to my situation.
