What a great place near to Haram , may be only place which has large suites , washing machine , kitchen microwave , it’s like living in your own home and Praying At Haram , this is very unique hotel , great manager Mr Ali zahrani , a young energetic Young guy always on your service , he made our stay and now our perminent place Insha Allah for future visits , who will update your room and also great breakfast and what a dinner ( compliments to the chef , excellent Fish and mixed Grill, ) full recommendations , sound proof rooms and great staff to look after you !

Overall my stay was great, but it was drastically improved when I asked for the room upgrade, and Ms. Lojain immediately upgraded my room with a spectacular view. Moreover, Ms. Lojain English was excellent. It's hard to find such local people/staff in Mecca. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel staff are amazing and the most welcoming I have ever experienced, especially Kiron Miah and Islam Abdelkhleq. They were always ready to help during our stay and always had a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel is in a walking distance to the Haram. Overall we had an amazing stay! The rooms are super clean and spacious!

The hotel had stunning rooms and was extremely elegant. The proximity to the Haram and the location were both very convenient. Uzzal Hosen, the room attendant, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He made a special effort to show the weary tourist the utmost kindness. Due to the wonderful welcome attendant, Uzzal, I would definitely recommend a stay. He gave me the impression that he cared deeply about how I felt while staying at the hotel. Of the entire workforce, I believe he deserves the majority of the credit. He was a thoughtful employee who always made sure my room was in good condition and had all the creature comforts I needed.
