Es una cafetería muy bonita, tranquila y bonita. El café tiene cómodas sillas y asientos con una gran decoración. Los colores son relajantes y el ambiente es muy agradable y luminoso. Su tranquilidad te transporta a un segundo mundo.

Tienen pasteles de queso, pasteles de zanahoria, pasteles de miel y más. Además, tienen bebidas frías y calientes como latte, cafés, chocolate frío y muchas bebidas más. Está ubicado en el Hotel Sheraton en la planta baja, Jabal Al Kaaba, cerca del Hotel Shaza en La Meca.

Quite far from masjidil haram. If you are a budget traveller performing umrah this is not a place for you. What more if you are old, weak and have special needs. If you are able to afford taking taxi every time you wish to get to masjidil haram then it is perfect for you. I love the soft comfy bed though. The staffs need a little more training in entertaining customers. My room was supposed to be city view room upon checked in. Unfortunately, it was not when I got to the room. I didn't complain because I dont want to make a fuss. Looks like some staffs just couldn't handle with complaints. Arrogance is the word to describe the f&b buffet breakfast chefs and reception people. Maybe if I am white American I would not be treated badly. No 24 hours cafe. Too bad because the hotel is so far away from most eateries in makkah. Frustrating on that point. Will not return to this hotel anymore.

I Stayed at this hotel for 3 days, All I can say is amazing. The place was conveniently close to Haram. The rooms are clean. I Highly recommend this place and most likely will be staying at this place when I’m coming back to Mecca.

Excellent service from the staff. Ali Alzahrani at the front desk very helpful and amazing in his customer service. House keeping was great as well. My stay was very pleasant and easy. Thank you to the entire team of Sheraton Makkah. Thank you Ali for giving us the best experience.

This hotel is beyond amazing! Every single person from the staff gave us the best experience, beyond helpful, beautiful, and sooo clean! Whenever we called or asked for ANYTHING, it was delivered to us with in minutes! They even helped us book tickets for the fast train. I will definitely miss this place and everyone in there. Thank you again everyone!!!!!

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was alright but not allergy friendly. I would recommend it for friends and families. The receptionist Wa'al was amazing.
