I liked the stay there but even it looks near, with all the blocks on the road, it was far to get to the masjid from there. Loved the mosque inside the hotel. Lots of construction around makes it overwhelming. Maybe when all construction finish, u enjoy it more

Location is not good. It is difficult to get to the haram. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. Better to stay near the clock tower. Food is ok but only average. I have called 3 times to get towels and didn't get any. Reception didn't pass on the message to Housekeeping. Reception staff don't respond to calls from room. Phone will call for a very long time before it's picked up. Lift takes a long time. We often took the stairs instead. I turned off the do not disturb sign 2 days ago and still no cleaning or supplies. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Will not stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. We booked a standard room, but was greeted with an apartment with a washer/dryer - a blessing during this time. We are here for Hajj and was taking a break from our designated hotel to be closer to the masjid.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The room keepers are lovely and very accommodating. The staff at the restaurant are so lovely. However, the management is quite poor. One of our bags were torn when checking in and the management didn't seem to give concern to it, he was constantly going back and forth with different employees. Very disappointed.

Good hotel. ~5 minute walk from haram. Good quality rooms. The bad: Less than ideal experience. As an ambassador, they gave me a good upgrade, but not before telling me 7 times about the sacrifices they had to make to make it happen Water pressure in the bathroom shower was weak Elevator system is really suboptimal, expect to wait a lot in peak times They take ~60 minutes to respond to Marriott app messages Finally, they couldn't properly assist in a simple task of helping me find a taxi to go to the airport. Good overall but will try Marriott Jabal Omar next time
