Zowar International Hotel

We had a life threatening situation with this hotel, first of all the bathroom doors are unfinished and metal parts are exposed and I hit my leg to it and started bleeding, and to add to it, the phone service is not on, they just put a dummy phone. Our baby was ill the whole night and we tried calling the reception but no phone. When I went in person and complained at the reception desk, the lady paid a deaf year as if I am not even standing there. By far the worst hotel experience in my life. I travelled from the US to this hotel expecting some good nights rest but this hotel lacks even the basic facilities. No towels, unclean bathroom, no hot water and cups and tea bags, AC setting doesn’t change. Worst part is they advertised this hotel to be a 4 star in reality it’s not even a 1 star for the services offered.

Worst hotel to live. Misbehave at peak. No water, towel and other pentary items in room. Exhaust wasnt working.I would recommend to avoid booking this hotel.

Despite lots of negative reviews of this hotel, we still booked this one. A positive review is that they have started renovation. The furniture is new in the room, however the carpet is in such a bad condition and that is not because of hotel management. It is because people who come here don't have basic ethics to remove slippers when walking on the carpets. Bed linens are fine, room service is provided. Tea coffee, water etc. are provided. Towels are also provided. Bathroom is clean, however wash basin is broken and whole bathroom needs to be replaced as it is quite old.

Hotel rooms are average. Location is also good specially for families. Only issue is number of lifts which is only 4 for more than 12 floors of building and its crowded in prayer times

Narrow rooms, not enough space to even keep bags as they take a lot of space.
