The hotel is 10 minutes away from the mosque but provides shutter buses every 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and the beds are very comfortable table . The service is perfect and the breakfast was very delicious. Staff is very welcoming, we had a lovely chat with Fatima from tower 4.

The check in experience was smooth, the staff is friendly but hardly understand English as it's not their first language. Rooms are great, amenities included. Shuttle service is excellent, however it gets crowded at peak times of prayers. Try to leave half an hour before namaz time so you won't face rush during peak times. It's worth it to try this hotel.

Very clean and neat hotel. Great customer service. The room was very clean. But they forgot to service our room on the second day but they gave us a free breakfast which was nice of them. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Overall an amazing experience for us. Although the rooms are not spaciuos but u dont feel crowded. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxing n comfortable. The rooms checked our list completely; well furnished, ample amenities, iron n stand provided which was a huge plus. Just like every five star hotel, the food came with a big price tag, but it makes it up in taste n flavor. We ordered breakfast for room service and it was exquisite. Worth every penny.

Stayed there for a day with family. Its amazing. I was greeted by an amazing receptionist, Mr. Ahmed in tower 4. Their rooms are clean and nice. Their parking is the cheapest around. And their bus service is 24 hrs, with many buses. I highly recommend it especially if you are going to Makkah in your own car.
