I stayed here during Ramadan. I was very skeptical about the shuttle thing but it worked out phenomenal for me and my father who was on a wheelchair too. The system in place is ecstatic. The food at the restaurant was very very high quality and it honestly felt like everything was done from the bottom of managements’ heart. I was luckily placed in tower 4, floor 15 and I must say Muhammad Monir Hussain and his colleague Muhammad Shagor were extremely hospitable and cooperative with me and my father and both of them accommodated each and every needs of ours. I must also add that I requested an extra wheelchair from the concierge and it was in my room within minutes. There is also a large comfortable praying area in the basement. There is also a super market in the hotel. They have their private bus shuttle service along with the government ones and I never had to wait more than a minute to hop on the bus. I was very satisfied, happy, and impressed with my stay here. All of this might look like a paid review but honestly it’s not. I really wanted to appreciate the management along with the Saudi government for such an amazing experience. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful, clean Hotel and rooms. The staff were all amazing, kind, helpful and humble. Excellent service, close to Haram and shuttle service is 10/10! They also provide free wheelchairs to use which is super helpful for Umrah, Tawaaf, etc. Location is excellent, the coaches/shuttles take you right to the clock tower (Masjid al-Haram). Coaches are every 2-5mins, 24hrs. اللهم بارك و جزاهم الله خير

Very spacious apartments, with continuous timely shuttle bus to the Clock Tower. Several restaurants and all amenities in the towers, free parking but if you got a big car you may struggle. In general it is a great hotel reasonably priced.

I will start with the positive points of the hotel, our first room was clean, large and spacious. The most positive point of this hotel is the bus because without the bus no one would come to the hotel, the bus is very fast and next to the mekkah you have the bus every 10 minutes which is perfect but for the other points everything is negative we stayed 2 days without electricity we had to change rooms to be able to change rooms we had to wait until 2 p.m., in the other room we found 5 cockroaches, but there are so many people, the staff doesn't even answer, I don't even talk to you about the food. in short if you come to spend 3 days here it's okay but don't come for 2 weeks or more than 3 days and even, I forgot the very important point for people who work and for people who have children who have enling courses like mine didn't even come here the wifi doesn't even work

It was a good experience overall. Rooms was comfortable although they need to provide more pillows as one per bed is not enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specifically Mr Sayyed Babar was always ready to help when needed. Shuttle service was regular. Only draw back was breakfast the original restaurant was broken after first day and we were using a downstairs restaurant which had basic seating arrangements and basic breakfast options which was below standard for this 4-5 star hotel.
