The hotel is relatively new kas of the date of this review, it's only about 1 year and 4 months old). This contributes to it's cleanliness as it hasn't been used much yet. The rooms are very clean, although not very spacious. Breakfast was good, with a variety to choose from. Shuttle busses run to and from the Haram every half hour for free 24 hrs a day. Staff are really nice and really trying to give a good experience to their customers. Overall a great experience.

It's a beautiful hotel with very good service, I loved it . inshAllah whenever we plan to come back again this will be our first preference.. Excellent hotel.. very clean hygienic. Amazing i would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family..

During my stay at Novotel hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel provided exceptional service and attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. The fitness center added to the overall enjoyment, allowing me to stay active during my visit. The dining options were impressive, featuring a wide range of delicious dishes that satisfied my taste buds. Overall, my experience at Novotel hotel was fantastic, leaving me with fond memories.

I stayed at Novotel Makkah Thakher City for 4 nights and I found the whole experience excellent. This is a brand new hotel. It is so quiet and the service is exceptional. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the hotel. A super clean gym. I had breakfast everyday which is a must. There is so much to chose from and the food is all fresh. I did have dinner on the last night which was totally amazing. The food was fresh and all carefully sourced bringing you excellent selection of food. I used their shuttle service everyday to get to Mecca Kabaa region. The shuttle is a 24 hour service. I found the staff always friendly and polite. Finally I took their Chauffeur driven car to the airport, which was reasonably priced. Driven to the airport in a stylish comfortable, luxury seated saloon car. Highly recommend this hotel for its value and its high service.

Everything was great about the hotel, but I only stayed 2 days out of 6 and couldn’t get a refund for the rest of the stay, had to leave bc people in Makkah were bothering my wife and making her uncomfortable so we had to cut our visit short and go to Jeddah. Novotel will always be on the top of my list
