This hotel is considered one of the best hotels I ever visited, the staff are really nice and caring and will help you in a glance whenever a problem occurs. The room was very clean and well prepared, I came for 3 days to do Omra and the buses are ready every 20 minutes for free to go to Al Haram, and whenever I come back I can buy anything inside it because it has built in Markets. After all I recommend this hotel as it proved that it is one of the best in hospitality services.

Very decent, clean and comfortable hotel with amazing exteriors design and interiors as well. the hotel is very easy to find and reachable from holy places in Makkah. the public transportations to holy haram are available 24 hours . A vast variety of restaurants are just beside the hotel. there is a lot of shopping center near the hotel as well. Overall it is very good and recommends for the short stay in Makkah

A very suitable and nice hotel in aziziyah, Makkah. Shuttle service is available round the clock. A dinning facility is also available at reasonable prices like buffet 25 SR for Break Fast and buffet 35 SR for dinner.Except Friday Lunch buffet 40 SR is also available.Parking facility is also available. A good thing is that it is very near to Haram and anyone who wants to eat outside grocery baqala available nearby and cross the road. Broast and nuggets, and shawarma, Omlet and Paratha is also near by walking distance towards Haram road. A fool tamiz shop is located in front of Broast shop both shops are having tea as well.

This place is the perfect balance between quality, price, and, of course, the distance from Masjid AL Haram. Which is about 2 kilometers. It's one of the best hotels in Makkah that I know of. The place is clean as water, the management and staff extremely professional and friendly. A bus leaves from here to Masjid AL Haram all day and night. If you just want to cab it, then it's around 15 to 20 Riyals the most. Don't forget to bargain with the cabbies. This was my second visit there, and I can't see myself staying anywhere else. From the front of the lobby brother Tauseef to the head of the hotel brother Zeshaan. Salute to your professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to serve the guests ? ? ? ?. The GM Zeshaan was extremely helpful and approachable because you usually never meet a GM in the lobby, making sure things are running smoothly. Last but not least. The manager of the restaurant brother Abdul Qadeer Khan, you are a gem. He is one of the best managers I have seen. I didn't know what silver service meant until I went to his restaurant at the hotel. Also, at the hotel lobby, the Turkish coffee is to die for.
