Holiday Inn Makkah Al Aziziah

The hotel is excellent, the room is clean, but it needs some modification of the furniture. I hope they provide buses to the campus on a permanent basis. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the sister (Nermin) with the utmost politeness and respect. She was very cooperative with me greatly.

من باب احقاق الحق اول ماجينا طلبنا منهم يحطون سرير مزدوج وتأخرو مره والاتصال مايردون يتاخرون او مايردون لازم ننزل لهم … وحطوه ..لكن اليوم فيه تطور موظف النظافه يسألون ايش ناقصكم ايش تحتاجون .. وفطوورهم حلو ولكن نفس المشكله ترجع !! نقول نحتاج نظافه ويقولون ان شااءالله ونطلع للحرم ونرجع ونتفاجئ مافي تنظيف ونتصل ويتاخرون واخر شي ردت استاذه وقالت ان شااءالله ونعتذر على اساس بيجي احد ينظف ويجلس ساعه ممكن اكثر -وارجع اتصل ويرد استاذ ويقول نعتذر والحينن بنرسل لكم وجو .. وجو بالاخير ..النظافه مو حلوه المخدات مو نظيفات المرتبه عليها نقطه دم ليش الله يهديكم .. يعني اجتهدتوا واشتغلتو ادوا شغلكم على اكمل وجه كل شي ممكن اتجاوز عنه الا النظافه العامه .. والله مااتمنى لكم الا التوفيق والاخذ بالتوجيهات الفندق شكله من برا مرتب وفخم واللوبي حلو والغرفه الدريشه واسعه جداً ريفيو حلوو مره وقريب من البيك مره بس ركزو ؏ـلى النظافه +النظافه

I lived in it today and yesterday the date of 1 Safar 1444 And my experience was: There are no buses to the Haram except at the end of the week, and this is a shock to us, because taxis are not available, and sometimes the price is exaggerated, and some prayers have come to us in the Haram We called room service, no answer The good thing about the location is the presence of the pick up in front of the hotel The furniture is quite good but there is a stain on the carpet No bathroom shoes The lighting is very weak in the room And intercedes for us with a wide view during the day I don't think I will repeat the experience

Very nice and the price was right The only problem is that it is far from the Haram

Beautiful, clean, spacious and luxurious hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, the room is spacious, the lobby is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, a health club, a wedding hall and underground parking *
