Not a Five star hotel by any standards… 3 star at best! Booked a Quad room but got a room that was supposed to be a double bed with two ‘extra beds’ cramped in to make it a Quad. Lets start naming issues…. Worn out doors and door handles, molded wall papers, broken toilet seat, leaking shower, only two towels for a Quad room, no hand or face towel, no space to move chair due to cramped up beds are some of the highlights of this ‘5 Star’ hotel. Clean linens was the only good part with 5/5 for housekeepers! See attached pictures before booking. You can get better hotels in the same tower or Al Safwa tower adjacent to this at better prices. Not worth the money. Again to emphasize, not a 5 Star hotel so spend accordingly.

Stayed in Room 1928. Paid for 2 bed room suite for 5 adults. I would rate it zero stars if possible. Ill thought out lay out and very small space. The living room is very small it’s fairly useless. And the master bedroom is also small and not en-suite. Zero value for money. Only benefit is the location. There are other hotels in the clock tower that provide better value.

Location is great, staffs are nice, food is good. other than that this hotel doesn’t meet criteria for a 5-star hotel. Wifi is not working, workers are working in next door room banging hammers during the day with no information prior. Room is old, low quality beds and pillows, and bathroom is rusty.

Being a long-time Rotana hotels member and frequent customer, I’m sad that my last stay at Al Marwa Rayhaan has put an end to my loyalty. One of (if not THE) worst experiences I’ve had in any hotel ever (including 3 and 4 star hotels). I’d suggest that Rotana distance itself from being associated with this branch if they want to continue to live up to their standards.
