Great experience staying in Hilton Madinah. We stayed in this hotel during our last visit(2017) and I must say the service level has been completely maintained. The hotel is few mins walk (2-3mins) from king fahad gate 21 and ladies gate 25 is next as well. So for families it becomes very convenient. Even if you leaving during Azaan time you can easily arrive inside Haram at a normal pace. Many options for pharmacies, supermarkets(bin dawood), Food (desi+fast food) are around…. Thanks to all the staff, specially restaurant manager Mr. Imran who has been paying attention to all the guests during break fast timings and addressing all their needs. Overall service from reception, check-in, free parking, concierge, housekeeping, management, room facility, location, accessibility to haram, break fast etc has been excellent. Recommended for stay.

It’s very conveniently located and just couple of minutes walk to masjid e Nabwi. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are very clean. Our breakfast service was amazing. The two restaurant managers Imran Shafiq and Mohammed Abdul Rahman were extremely professional, helpful and courteous! The hotel manager Ethar Abdullah was also very professional and courteous. Will highly recommend this place!

Overall it's experience is excellent. But the room details in the Hilton app and in the hotel did not match. For example I booked a suite which was not having sofa bed in the room but in app it has.

I wish if I could give them 0 stars. The hotel needs lots of attention. The rooms are old and they charge way too much what service they provide. The parking is always a challenge in the basement. Please avoid to stay in this hotel

Amazing location, very close to the Prophet’s mosque. Entrance to the ladies area almost a 150 meter walk from the property. Nearby supermarket (3 minute walk to bin dawood), many restaurants & coffee shops around the hotel (Dunkin, Barn, KFC, Hardees, McDonalds). Helpful and smiling staff. Standard Check-in was at 4:00, we had requested an early check in and arrived at the property around 1:30PM. Understandable they didn’t have availability. However it took until after 5:00PM for the first room to be available. Lady at checkin was kind enough to hand over the first room until the second one was ready. Key to the second room was sent to the room shortly. Cafe & in-room dining was barely average. One won’t sleep hungry, however tastebuds wouldn’t be satisfied. Generally I would expect the concierge to have handy contacts of trusted taxis/drivers for sightseeing tours. Sadly that wasn’t the case. I was asked to grab a random cab from outside. Overall a comfortable stay, could have been better with on time availability of the room and better food options.
